Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Cancellation of Pre-orders

 
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

Due to the cost of manufacturing pre-order products, we must charge the full product value up-front.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a FULL REFUND during the pre-order period. Generally, our pre-orders last 4 calendar weeks, but may vary. Once a pre-order is listed as "Sold Out", the pre-order period is considered closed.

Pre-orders may still be cancelled after the pre-order period has closed, but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Orders are eligible to be canceled only up until a tracking number is printed. After this point, we can no longer cancel or refund your pre-order.

 

Regarding Discount Codes

Discount codes are generally not applicable to pre-order products.

 

Most pre-order products are manufactured on their own timeline, and will be shipped separately from other items. While we may run multiple pre-orders at the same time, all pre-order items ship independently of one another, unless otherwise specified. If your purchase has multiple pre-order products in the same order, we will have to separate your order into multiple shipments, and you will be billed for each separate shipment. To avoid confusion, we strongly encourage you to purchase pre-orders separately from one another, as they will be manually separate by our staff otherwise.
