Shipping Policy
Due to our smaller workshop staff, all orders are slated to be dispatched within 4-6 weeks of being placed, with packages being dropped off at our local USPS office, at least once between Tuesday and Friday. UPS packages are dropped off once a week, the day on which the the drop off happens may vary. We ask that you please remain patient until your selected courier service marks the package as ‘Received’ From this point, please allow up to two weeks for delivery for domestic orders. International shipping time may take longer.
In order to be eligible for replacements from packages lost-in-transit, please utilize our AVF PackageSaver Service.
We are only able to ship to addresses written in Latin characters. Orders placed with addresses utilizing non-Latin characters will be refunded.
We process orders in large batches. After your order has been added to a batch of processing orders, you will be emailed a tracking number for your selected courier service. This number will not receive tracking updates until received by the postal service. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to update.
For time periods after large releases or sales, shipping times may take longer to catch up with orders. Please allow extended time to receive shipping information after large releases or sales.
AVFigures is not responsible for any incurred customs, duties, or local taxes. By ordering from AVFigures you agree to cover all relevant taxes and fees. Package values will not be modified to meet the thresholds of customs taxes.
We cannot combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
